Hello Chaotic® Beta Community! We are VERY pleased to announce that the New Chaotic Game Client is now Live! (Read all about it in the latest Megaroar here.) To access the New Client - click on the Play Sector link on the top right of the Navigation Bar. Once there, you'll have to install the Unity plug-in the first time you access the New Client. After this, the Client will load and you'll be ready to experience the New Client!
Once the New Client loads, you will be in the new Game Lobby. From here, you can choose from the three currently available Battledromes - the Beta Drome (where ELO and rankings are not affected), the Hotekk Drome and the Imthor Drome. Remember - the New Chaotic Game Client is currently playable in Advanced Apprentice Rules only. Once Master Rules goes live, new Battledromes will be added.
Once you click on a Drome, you will see a list of your armies, as well as the list of currently online players. If you click on one of those players, you can choose to add them to your Buddy List or send them a Manual Challenge. You can also choose Auto Challenge on the right.
In addition to this, if you scroll to the bottom of the New Client page, you'll see a bunch of links. The first link will take you straight to the forums. The next one will take you straight to the Leagues page, where you can look up your (or other players') ELO scores, rankings and more.
The New Chaotic Game Client does have a few bugs that will be address over the next few days. For a list of current bugs and tested cards, please see Chaotic|Rellik's New Chaotic Game Client Working Card/Bug List. In addition to that, Lobby Chat will be added within one of the first updates as well. 
The Knowledge Base will be updated tomorrow with several entries and tutorials about the New Client and new sections of the Website.
We hope you enjoy the New Chaotic Game Client and online experience! We will be making multiple posts and tutorials over the next few days about how the New Client and New Website work individually and together.
