| I have a few that I would like to add.
1. Do not post utterly unfair trades, either in the forum or the trade sector, such as "Spirit Gust for Lord Van Bloot". This makes you look like a noob, and causes others to treat you like one. Besides that it fills up the forum and sector with lousy trades that no one would ever accept, and those of us trying to make serious trades spend a ton of time leafing through all the bogus ones. So do all of us here a favor and don't post stuff like that to begin with.
1(a). Learn about Value, and respect it. That is a good part of why it is so hard to get a Big 4 creature. Most people will not even post that they have a Big 4 on the forum because all the scam traders will swarm them with bogus offers or someone ignorant of Value will offer junk cards for it.
2. Use proper English. This should go without saying, but this is vital if you want to be taken seriously. If this your typical post: "what u want 4 khaor?, cml plz..." then I know I would ignore you, and lots of other people will too. Take the time to deserve being acknowledged. |

Hello,
My name is Slevin, and I am a Chaotic Player like everybody who read this. In order to support the community, I decided to create a little guide on how to trade, going from basics to advanced things. This guide is only for reference and is not an official guide, it was written by me and I was helped by Odin66 and fire2nice, which I thank kindly for their support.
First of all, I’ll give a little introduction. As you all know, the trade forum is one of the most visited sections in the Chaotic Forums. Many people spend time looking for the card(s) they need or trading card(s) they don't need. On the forums, there are people of every kind, every age and some newer and older players. This guide will give you a lot of tips, and you should read it, even if you are a new or elder player.
Feel free to give you opinion/support or even critics. If you think something is missing, you can mention it.
