| Hello Chaotic Beta Community! We're pleased to announce that the Bug Report Button is now live!
The Bug Report Button can be found during an online Chaotic game by pressing the Menu button. Once you press the Menu button, you'll see a list of options. Click on the Report Bug button, as seen below.
Once you do this, you'll be able to write a description of the issue.
Please write a detailed description of the bug. This will help us to know what you're reporting. When you're done, click the Send Report button and the bug will be sent to us, along with a screen shot of the game from the moment you press the Report Bug button! Please note: this feature is not for complaining about the way a match goes or if your opponent doesn't move in time or something like that. You can, however, use this to report inappropriate language in the Chat Box, as the screen shot will capture that as well.
In addition to this, we've made a few other updates to the site and Client:
Game Client Updates
- Bug Report: A new in-game menu item allows you to report a bug to customer service.
- Card Holder Lights: Attack and Mugic hand lights up when it is time to play them.
- OP Cards: Several OP cards listed below were missing creature art, but now have the correct art added:
- Khybon's Engineered Automaton
- Ulmar Wavescrambler
- Gazarbash Infecting Terraformer
Website Updates
- Fixed bug with Loyalty and M’arrillians that required M’arrillians to be added before minions.
- Added Trade ID to Trade confirmation emails
- Show which cards are ineligible or in an army on the trade confirmation screen
- The Obliterators card now shows the correct image.
- Fixed various bugs with Army Builder and Trade sections.
