| whenever I try to go to a drome. the loed does not even go past unity web loed.
I need help getting it working agean. it has been 4days HELP PLEASE |

| | i use mozilla and am having the same problem. I get the load screen with the unity logo. The load bar fills up and then the program hangs. |

| You guys too! im having this problem too! i even waited yesterday for like a hr and i Still Wasnt in the dromes! all it does for me is just load the unity web player then just stays there! please help. |

| | im having the same problem for about the same amount of time last time i was able to play was tuesday and i hope the cure is not this firefox thing the game requires enough it would be a mistake if it only ran on firefox and the game cant aford loosing any more players |

| A glich in the player has made it a bit qurky. When it stops loading, please take a screen shot and attach it to a help desk ticket, the button just a bit to the left of your 1 button on the keyboard should display vital info, it will help if that is in your screen shot. also include the server id and paket number, wich should be found at the very top of the screen.
to submit a help desk ticket:
1. Login to your account on ChaoticGame.com.
2. Click on the "Help" icon, which is located to the right of your avatar picture at the top of the screen and looks like a question mark.
3. The "Chaotic Help" page will launch in a new window.
4. Click on "Need Support".
5. The "Chaotic Support" page will launch in a new tabbed window.
6. Click on "Submit a Ticket".
When submitting a Helpdesk ticket, you just have to enter the basic info and describe the bug or issue you are experiencing, then our Customer Support team will get back to you, either with a solution or a request for more information.
One major thing you should know is that the more info you give, the easier it will be for us to solve your problems quickly. There’s never such a thing as too much info!

| I fixed my problem by searching for the unity site and downloading the newest version I could find.
Works now. |

| Everything loads but Unity player crashes just as the match begins. every single time. put in a ticket and was told to reinstall unity player. Didn't work. Then was told the problem was with IE8 and to open in compatiability view. I did and it was no different. This problem is new. I upgraded to IE8 months ago. Problem just started last week. So... I put in another ticket.
I'll try Firefox and then searching for the latest unity player download. |
