| LOL...........some of the comments here are rich.
Wootman, sorry to hear this. Hopefully this decision can/will be reversed.
To some of the others, believe it or not parents often make decisions for reasons other than being mean or evil. Mind you, not all parents are qualified to be such, but still their not likely to be looking to be *** to their kids. In some families you may find 'over-parenting' at times.Truth be told, if I saw my kid spending all their cash on a card game I'd be wondering what was up. Same if it was consuming all their time.
Another point.......how much of the money that TC Digital makes comes directly or indirectly from the parents of players? Alot of younger ( 16 and under ) ppl play this game. Where does the money for cards come from? Allowance, chores, whatever.......but the cash is often coming from the parents pocket.
However, anyone remember the kid in Ontario ( a year or two ago ) whose parents took away his Xbox360? That ended horribly. Parents often aren't aware of how traumatic there decisions can be ( at least at the time.)

| The "G o d of Mischief"? Really? I unfortunately can't say it is the weirdest concern I have ever heard of a parent or parents. Sometimes you just can't win over an old persons view when you are their child.
Maybe you can talk to your dad about it, and he can talk some sense into her.
Back when I was younger, the PTO of my school was holding a silent auction, and they put together a Pokemon basket. A parent had the concern that pokemon were just little evil monsters. So my mom asked me about it, and I showed her one of the shows. It was the Squirtle Squad one. They put out a fire in the forest. My mom didn't think pokemon were bad or anything, and my parents let me and my brothers play with all the games and toys and stuff, but she never had a reason to check out the show or anything. So after the show, my mom said she liked it and asked me more about it. And I told her the show is basically about friendship and overcoming hardships together. Which she then went back and made the arguement to against the woman's poitn of view, and the basket was allowed to be in then.
You maybe can explain to your mom about Chaotic in a similar way. Because it is similar. Chaotic promotes good sportsmanship, fairness, and friendship. I have personally made several great new friends through the game. Even the show is about a group of friends who help each other when the chips are down.
Just maybe something you can use. I hope things do work out, and you can convince your mom to let you stay. Maybe you need to cut back on the spending though. Even if it is your money, it could be used for something more important down the line. You never know what emergency may come up. Maybe your mom is looking at it that way some too. |

| Well Bye... For now
But sometimes you cant reason with your parents... But sometimes... You can!
Maybe try asking her why she h a t e s chaotic... And elaborate a plan from that!!!
If that doesent work try overusing the TV and always being on it? (But dont forget to do your homework!!!!!!!!!
Anyways ifthat doesent work im sure you couod elaborate a plan because your an intelligent young man dude! |

| at listless and board don't come into close proximity to your mom unless you have to and stop talking to her also ifyour allowed to watch tv do it all of the time do it(do your homework out of sight). when she asks you somthing even if its ''do you want a million dollers?'' shrug and say whatever.
it actully works extremly well (seriously i got my cards taken away and did this and i got them back in like 1 week!) |

| | My dad limits my computer time. Sometimes excessively. Just lay low. Don't bring it up for a while. Do your chores and school work. Nothing lasts forever. Your mom probably loves you and wants you to be happy. But she's a parent too and sometimes they get mixed up. Chaotic won't be going away. You'll be back. Just lay low and make them want to let you back on. Patience. JD |
