| Here's a detailed explanation on how to submit a Helpdesk Ticket.
1- Go to the home page for the site
2- Find the Bar where your coin total is
3- On the far right of the bar there should be a red button that says support
4- Click on the Support button
5- Once you do that a new internet should come up for you
6- There should be three boxes in the new area that came up, labeled "Trouble Shooter" "knowledge base" and "Submit a Ticket"
7- Click on the box that says "Submit a Ticket"
8- A new page should load where you put all the details for your Helpdesk Ticket
9- Once you have given the details, a picture will help the mods out a lot, so if you have one for the reason your sending a ticket then you should add it.

There are several reasons you might want to send a Helpdesk Ticket and here are the main ones.
1- You got a pack where you didn't get all 9 cards or one of them was a misprint
(One of the mods will be glad to send you what you were supposed to receive or a proper copy of a misprint. A picture is required as proof though)
2- A player got mad at you or someone else on the site and insulted you/them or was swearing at some point. Reading the forums rules is recommended so you know when someone is breaking a rule like this.
(If necessary the mods will ban the player, but they will probably get a warning to start)
3- You are having trouble downloading/running the Unity Web Player
(The mods will send you a step by step instruction of what you are doing wrong, or what could help you. It is possible your computer is to old/slow as well though which can't be helped)
4- You are having trouble with your account information, such as your e-mail, password or screename
(Sending a Helpdesk Ticket will get everything the way you wanted)
5- You are having trouble in the trade section such as not being able to post a trade, or not being able to accept one that you should be able to
(It should get found and fixed for you, so you can go back to your trading)
6- You find a bug of some type (other than a Danian ) somewhere on the site
(The mods can fix the bug and will be glad that you found it and pointed it out)
7- You see someone breaking one of the forum rules on purpose, such as spamming while they know what that is or one of the many other forum rules. Reading the forum rules is highly recommended before you start posting so you know what's fine and what's not
(If you submit a ticket for this the person can receive a ban or warning depending on the seriousness)
8- You got banned for entering to many invalid codes by mistake
(The mods will unban you but you'll need to be more careful in the future )
