| O.k. i was thinking about how the new smildon, cromaxx, ursis and, proboscar are past scans which means that existed in perim's past. So if you think about it when tom from the chaotic tv show goes to prexxor chasm, he is also traveling to prehistoric perim. back in a time when the tribes didn't exist yet.
I acually have two points on this if chaotic is actuallu in perim just really highly ellivated (like i said in my forim is chaotic really the cothica) that means that the scanners don;t just trans port you through space they can also trans port you through time! If chaotic isn't in perim and is another dimention going to perims past has something to do with a "dimentional warp factor" or somethimg complex along those lines.
Tell me what you think |

| Very interesting
I just thought about this the other day. If you think about it, when you travel back in time, you can change what the future might have been right? So If Tom hadn't stopped that blight...everything in Perim might have been different.
It is possible, now that I think of it (not that I really believe this) that Chaotic`s present link to Perim (or another important thing to present-day Chaotic) was dependant on what Tom had done (before humans started porting to Perim) to help Prexxor Chasm (Tom only got in Prexxor chasm because of the scan he recieved in the present let him travel to the past). Codemaster Crellan gave Tom tips to help him in ``Battle Lessons`` so that Tom would win the scan and go back in time to do what he had already done, so that reality would not suddenly be altered. (If this makes no sense, stop me).
Wait...loads of players have won Prexxor Chasm scans. Why is Crellan only interested in Tom? Well, like I said, for this theory, Tom must have done something that changed the future. Most players simply scan, which is like taking photographs, which is not likely to impact the future very much (they occasionaly get unwanted attention and chased off but for the most part, they don`t interfere with Perim).
Tom is shown to have a most unusual interest in Perim`s inner workings, and would be the player you`d most suspect of changing Perim and having an impact.
Wow! Long post! What do you thinkof the theory? Not sure about it so if it is no good, feel free to trash it! |

| Well, yeah. A scan of a Location records exactly when that Location was and whatever was happening (like how that final scan of Prexxor Chasm that Crellan used against Tom was during an earthquake), so it's totally possible that the Prexxor Chasm that Tom's scan ported him to was from ages ago.
(What a coincidence! This is the M'arrillian Invasion episode on Teletoon this morning! And I also scored both versions of Prexxor Chasm from the two Starter Decks I finally got!)
Which has made me think that the Prexxor Chasm scan given to Tom was given by Crellan to him on purpose, because he knew that a "Tom" had saved the Location from the Blight way back when (Maybe Smildon had Tom's actions bcome a legend), so he took the risk, and Tom saved the day!
Well, at least it makes sense to me.
It would also mean that we haven't seen Prexxor Chasm in the present day of Perim...
DUN-dun-dunnnn!
I'm still pulling for more "Past" cards. I'd really like to see a completely Tribeless army (without doubles of a Creature, and not just Locations like Kiru Village as support). |

| Interesting.
One irrelevant question: Which deck can you find the Prexxor Chasm location cards? |

| | I think Codemaster Crellan gave that scan to tom so if tom had too he could change the future of chaotic that's why he trained tom to battle the creature so he could probably defeat enemy's of the future. |

| @Echthros: Alliances Unravaled Starter Decks .
@Forrenz: Look, it's just the show. Sure, it's a Past Location, but I don't think Crellan knew Tom would save Perim from The Blight....After all, we already know of a second Tom in Chaotic, it could've been that one for all we know.
Point in case, it's just a Show....It makes me think though, why did they make Prexxor Chasm: The Blight a Past Mirage...?
However, there's really not much to think about, maybe it was scanned through Drakanis Threshold...And we don't see Tom go through Drakanis Threshold at all, so maybe all the Scanners of Prexxor Chasm have the Present Version and only Crellan's version that he gave Tom has the Past Location?
Edited for Corrections.

| @Spyboy11:
Ah, but you see - the fact is that if Tom did go to the past like that, he technically wouldn't "change" anything, because he already did it...
It's an even greater reason for Crellan to convince Tom to keep playing after Tom lost hope when he lost Maxxor... The plot thickens...
Spooky...
LOL
And it wouldn't really be surprising if he was that important. He totally saved Maxxor's behind after he was hit by {Decomposition}, and if it wasn't for him being so adamant in getting a scan of Najarin, he wouldn't have gotten the gang assembled to help Sobtjek, Zhade, Ario and Ubliqun. (and... it's his fault Nauthilax could get his hands on that chest full of {Song of Stasis} Mugics, putting quite a few peoples' lives on the line) |
