I have submitted 5 help desk tickets in the past two weeks, from each one of them I recived an email stating that I would recive a response to my ticket in 24 hours. So far I have not recived any response to any of them.

First if some tells me their going to accomplish somthing whitin a certin time frame, I expect that that will happen. If it can't be accomplished then this should be promised.

Second is the game hurting for money so bad that they can't hire enough help to complete the simple task of responding to these helpdesk tickets.

I know that the bugs and issues that we are having may take time to fix but it shouldn't take long to respond to a request for help. Some of my tickets are very simple and a respons would at least indicate that these have been looked at, right now it seems that no one even knows that these tickets have been submitted.
