| | The other day I purchased the new set of tins with Avienna in the front. I opened all the packs then opened the scanner tin and the only card in there was Avieena. No other super rare card! I all ready submitted a ticket what should I do? |

| When you submit a ticket it will take a few days, but they will get back to you. Posting here will definitely help too.
You've done basically all you can - now you just have to wait for TC Digital. |

| maybe they put the card in the wrong place
which would mean you got a pack with 10 cards and not 9 |

| when it comes to C/S they are pretty good. In one of my starters I got jipped 3 rares (it had the super, but no rares) so they sent me a replacement starter and three free packs for the inconvience 
so they lok after thier customers when they make an error. |

| Aivenna isn't even one of the cards that is supposed to show up on the front so you actually could have been able to tell that one was missing.

| | Blitser's right, maybe they just forgot to add a Top Card...If they had Aivenna on top, I would've bought that immediately(even though Aivenna would decrease in value...). |
