| Hello Chaotic Beta Community! There is currently a bug affecting some players' ability to get into online games through the Auto Challenge feature. These players are sitting in the Auto Challenge queue and are not getting into matches, although the Game Pad may be recording that they are. This phantom game issue just started happening, and our development team is making it their top priority, and it should be fixed shortly.
In addition to this, there are few issues with the Mac Chaotic Pad installation at the moment. Our development is working on this as well. This issue should be fixed by the end of the day tomorrow.
I will place another announcement up here as soon as the issues have been fixed. In the meantime, please continue to try to get into games, as Auto Challenges have already started showing increased stability. 
One final note - Manual Web Challenges are working fine right now. There is a small error with the messaging, where it says there is an error challenging the other player. However, if players send and accept Manual Web Challenges, they will be able to get into games.
We'll keep you up to date on the progress of these bugs!
